Shipping policy

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

1) All items are shipped from our warehouse in the US & Canada.

2)We offer free worldwide standard shipping for orders over $350

3) Free shipping within Canada for orders over 350(CAD)

4)All orders take 3 business days to process before shipping. This excludes weekends.

5) Once your order has been delivered to the right address and proof of delivery has been provided by the shipping company, CHIKITO  cannot be held responsible in the event the parcel goes missing. We recommend using an address that is secure and follow the progress of your shipment to be aware of its expected delivery date.

Additionally & regretfully, we wIll not be able to issue refunds or resend the parcel under these circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING POLICY

1) If you purchase a pre-order item along with in-stock items, your order will be split into 2 separate shipments and fulfilled at no EXTRA COST to you if shipping within Canada and the USA.

2) For the rest of the world, please place 2 separate orders if ordering a pre-order item and an in-stock item. 

SHIPPING COSTS & TIMELINES

Standard shipping takes approximately 7 business days to most places, excluding processing time. Express shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days (at most). The exception to this timeline is for orders shipped to the US surrounding Islands( V. Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands etc). 

Shipping to these places takes a considerably longer time and is dependent on the speed of the postal service within the specific countries.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Please note that once an item has shipped, it is no longer our responsibility and any delivery issues should be taken up with the carrier.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTY FEES

Duties & Taxes are based on your shipment destination and value of your order:

USA

All orders to the US ships duty paid/included, which means no additional duties or tariffs on arrival to the customer. The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, the order can no longer be cancelled.

EU COUNTRIES

All orders to EU countries are liable for customs and duties charges. At this time, we are unable to ship orders to the EU  duty paid but are working on this.
