Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We endeavour to do all we can to ensure you love your CHIKITO purchase(s).  However, if you are not fully satisfied with the items received, below are the details:

1)We offer refunds on full priced items only. All requests must be made within a 7 day period after receipt of your order. Once this time has lapsed, we are unable to accept any further requests. 

2) Once your return has been approved, you have 7 days to ensure that your item is in transit to us. Customers are responsible for the cost of sending the items to us. 

If the item is not returned within this timeframe, it may result in the refund being declined .

3)Items purchased on sale/ promotions (with the exception of the welcome discount) are NOT eligible for a refund. 

4) Items purchased at full price(i.e with no sale or promotion attached to it) are eligible for a full refund, excluding the cost of shipping the item to you.

5) If your order qualifies for free shipping and all items are returned from the order, a restocking fee of $25 will apply. 

6)In the case of a refund your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn & unused, with tags, free of stains, rips, scents and damage to fabric. All returns will be inspected on receipt.

7)Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

8) In the unlikely event of the above, CHIKITO will cover all related shipping & exchange costs.

9) If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

 11) If your order meets the above requirements, please click here to initiate a refund.  CHIKITO will not be responsible for items lost in transit to us or any costs incurred in sending the items back. We recommend using a tracked service.
