The Shantel skirt co-ord fits true to size. I am a true US4 and that is the size i am wearing. (In the 3rd frame).

The skirt is designed to sit high so it stays at the smaller part of your waist. I would recommend using that as the measurement to use.

Oh and it has pockets..of course!
